Registration:
Class sizes vary and reservations are accepted in the order in which enrollment forms and payment are received. Use the Enrollment form
provided below to register for the workshop(s) of your choice and mail it along with your payment to be received before September 15, 2009.
Please make checks payable to NOSSG (North Olympic Shuttle and Spindle Guild) and mail them to:

The Class Fee(s) is your deposit and should be mailed with the Enrollment form. The Material Fee(s) is paid to the instructor at the time of the workshop. Your cancelled check is your receipt. Payment may be made in American funds by cash, personal check, or money order.

Supplies and Equipment:
Classes that require students bring materials list them in their descriptions. It is important that you bring everything you will need for class. Clothing and shoes appropriate for working are highly recommended.

Age:
Our workshops are designed for adults and responsible teens. There are no facilities for childcare in our 2009 venues. Thank you for your understanding. We welcome children at the Saturday festival with many free hands-on
demonstrations.

Important Dates:

September 15, 2009 - Class Sign-up must be received by this date in order to insure the minimum number of participants required for each workshop.
After this date, with Instructor approval a late fee of $5.00 will be charged for enrollment in a workshop up to the maximum number of participants.

September 19, 2009 - Last day for cancellation to get a full refund. See Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made prior to September 19, 2008 by contacting one of the workshop coordinators: Susan Kroll, by phone (360) 681-6396 or Pamela Hastings by email  pamela@pamelahastings.com.  Please provide
contact information if you leave a message or email so your cancellation can be acknowledged. We cannot be responsible for issuing refunds, credits or transfers for classes missed due to illness, emergencies or events beyond our
control or cancellations submitted after the deadline given above. If a workshop is cancelled by the deadline given above or by us, all money will be promptly refunded.  Call before enrolling if you have questions about these policies.
